Lena Rawley is a Brooklyn based entertainment publicist with a background in tech, media, & strategic communications.

Presently Lena is a Senior Publicist at Warner Bros. Discovery where she works across the media and PR space to highlight their true crime and investigative content across Max, discovery+, & Investigation Discovery.

Prior to WBD, Lena worked at FRANK Publicity, an entertainment PR agency based in NYC, for three years where she executed comprehensive publicity campaigns for a wide range of narrative films, documentaries, and television shows. At FRANK, Lena worked on both theatrical and streaming titles for Netflix, IFC, HBO Documentaries, MGM/Orion Pictures, Bleecker Street, Lionsgate, Food Network/Cooking Channel, EPIX, and others, while also handling publicity for films at festivals like Sundance, SXSW, Telluride, TIFF, Tribeca, and DOC NYC. She also served as publicist for a variety of film organizations and regional film festivals while also working with some of the most exciting production companies, directors, producers, and other figures in the entertainment space.

Lena started her PR career at WE Communications where she worked on on social and communication strategy for senior Microsoft Leadership in the Windows & Devices Group as well as across the company. During her time at WE, Lena also worked on publicity initiatives for a variety of tech and consumer brands including Microsoft’s Windows & Devices Group, Brother International, Volvo, Woodford Reserve, among others.

While studying Journalism and Gender & Sexuality Studies at New York University, she held a wide range of editorial internships at New York Magazine, Elle, Marie Claire, US Weekly, and Women’s Health where she pitched and wrote articles as well as researched, covered events, built storyboards, assisted with fashion samples and photo shoots, among other tasks. While at NYU, she was also involved with the school’s Washington Square News and wrote a weekly column exploring women's issues, gender, and sexuality.

Lena is passionate about all things technology, media, culture, film, and television - she is immensely grateful for the opportunity she has gotten to mesh these interests together and work with some of the most exciting and influential figures in these spaces.

She lives in Williamsburg, BK with her boyfriend and Tucker, their 7-year old rescue corgi. In her spare time Lena likes to run, read, listen to podcasts, spend time with her dog (and, of course, make sure his Instagram is up to date), and indulge in Bravo’s Real Housewives Franchise in all its forms.
